ADAM M. GREEN, MANAGING PARTNER
Adam Green, Founder and Managing Partner of The Green Firm, focuses his legal practice on securities and stock broker litigation claims, automobile and trucking accidents, slip and falls and other personal injury and commercial litigation matters. Prior to opening his own firm, Adam was an associate at the prestigious Philadelphia law firm of Anapol Schwartz, where he honed his research and litigation skills while working on complex securities and personal injury matters.
Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia, where he also served as captain of the Men's Varsity Soccer Team. He earned his law degree from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law and is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Adam has been selected for the 2015 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. He has been named to Super Lawyers®, an honor only designated to 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania. He has also been selected to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 and Drexel Magazine's Top 40 under 40. He has been a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), an international bar association whose members represent investors in disputes with the securities industry.
Adam takes great pride in being a native Philadelphian and remains an active member of his community. Most recently, he was appointed to the Homeowners Association of the Reserve of Packer Park in South Philadelphia, where he and his wife reside.
CHARLES M. GIBBS, PARTNER
Charles Gibbs is a trial attorney with an outstanding reputation for tenaciously fighting for his clients' rights. A trusted counselor, he represents a wide range of clients including individuals, public officials, nonprofits, and institutions. Prior to joining The Green Firm as a Partner, Charles was an associate for Bowman & Partners.
Widely acknowledged as one of Philadelphia’s most talented young lawyers and described by the Philadelphia Tribune as “lawyer for the high-powered,” Charles possesses an intricate understanding of local politics and government. His career has also taken him into local judiciary and government positions. He has worked in a key capacity within a Philadelphia mayoral administration and served as a Judicial Tipstaff to a Municipal Court judge.
A graduate of Temple University, Charles earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, where he served as Vice President for the Moot Court Honor Society and President of the Black Law Students Association.
Charles’ dedication to his clients has earned him numerous awards and accolades. Most recently, he has been selected to Super Lawyers® and inducted into the West Catholic High School Hall of Fame. In 2014, he was named “Outstanding Young Lawyer” by the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia and identified by LEADERSHIP Philadelphia as one of the city's most impactful young "Connectors & Keepers." In 2015, Charles was named by Philadelphia Business Journal as one of its Top 40 under 40 "movers and shakers."
An active member of his community, Charles also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for a charter high school. In 2015, Mayor Michael A. Nutter appointed him to the Philadelphia Police Community Oversight Board.
DANIEL B. LIPSON, ASSOCIATE
Dan Lipson has been a member of The Green Firm since its inception. Dan focuses his practice on stock broker litigation and various personal injury matters. Additional practice areas include family law and estate planning. Dan also oversees the firm’s marketing efforts and technology integration.
Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia. He earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law and is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Dan is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. An active member of the community, he also serves as a contributor to the local Philadelphia Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis.
A resident of suburban Philadelphia, Dan enjoys spending free time with his family and playing golf.
